IT Career Suite
The client already had elements of brand equity in place before I was asked to consult with the stakeholders. The idea behind their initiative was guiding current IT personnel along a rewarding career path, helping them make informed choices. This group also wanted to attract fresh talent. The logo is an abstract of the familiar road-disappearing-over-the-horizon metaphor for a career path, a metaphor for which they had been using clip art to represent. This reinterpretation uses dynamic shapes and implies an unencumbered movement upward, like a well-planned career.
